Chapter Nine - Music

Lyrics

These are faith-based lyrics, styled after popular songs. I wrote and own the lyrics but obviously not the music, which means that without permission I cannot post them in audio format. If you want to use them in your own services, feel free to do so as long as a) I am credited and most importantly b) the lyrics are not changed in any way.

Come Out of Babylon (All Along the Watchtower)

Son of Man (Comfortably Numb)

Keeping the Law (Breaking the Law)

That's Hell (That Smell)

Praise His Name (Turn the Page)

Other Lyrics

Folsom Prison Blue Pill (Folsom Prison Blues)
This is a song I wrote for a contest. Only slightly controversial.

I have some poetry around here somewhere. If I find any of it in my post-Helene archeology in the basement, and if it's appropriate, I'll post those here too.

My Songs

Unless otherwise indicated, all lyrics are written by me, music created with Suno. Mastering and production by me, in Presonus Studio One, and possibly Audacity, and/or Helix in some cases.

Countless Without
Symphonic Metal, my favorite genre.
📄 Lyrics
Do You Remember Me
Symphonic Metal, based on my screenplay The Manitou (2025) *some collab w/ LLM
📄 Lyrics
Are You In There?
This is an 80s synth pop/rock song I wrote back in the day. Thanks to Suno for making it possible to actually, finally hear it.
📄 Lyrics
Six Gun Blues
Mississippi delta blues in the style of Robert Johnson. This is recorded with the help of suno, although the music was originally written by me along with the lyrics, what suno gives me isn't exactly what I had in mind, but it gets the point across.
📄 Lyrics
She's Setting Me Up
Traditional country music, one of the first songs I ever wrote. As above, this was also recorded with the help of suno; the music was originally written by me along with the lyrics, and this is what suno did with it. Not quite there, but close enough.
